Darling,

I want you to know that I have seen you around here, bustling about and making things happen.  I was watching when you made the decision to eat dinner, when you did the dishes and chose to exercise this evening.  I was so proud to see the way you pushed through the burn while practicing pole too.  That art form is not easy, but you make it look like it.  You're really starting to get the hang of that Juliette spin- and that fan kick into a viva seat?  Please, you are killing it!

I just wanted to you know that I noticed all of the wonderful things that you are doing.  I also wanted you to know that I've watched how far you've come.  It's good to recognize your progress and to know that you are moving in the right direction.  I just know that you're going to continue to keep it up and hone yourself into exactly the person you've always dreamed of being.
